How do I know what Size to order?
Each listing has a sizing chart in it with measurements. If you fit in the middle of sizes, don’t worry! We are happy to customize your size further to get a great fit. Just let us know your measurements for each part of your hand and arm from the chart.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from California.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All hats, hair accessories and jewelry orders ship out in 1-2 business days.
Arm Warmers, gloves and other customized items take 7-10 business days. (This means we do not have your gloves ‘in stock’ and will be making them up just for you. More during May, June,July October and December.) If you need a faster service method, please choose Priority Mail or Express Rush services in the drop down menu at check out. If you need your ordered Rushed as well as Express, please ask first for a custom listing. Price is X2 for RUSH EXPRESS ORDERS. (IE-$20 gloves will cost $40 plus the Express shipping fee services)
Orders with free shipping are processed with First Class mail in about 7-10 business days. We are not open on Weekends and Holidays or during our Convention Schedule.

USA Holiday orders placed by 12/10 will be filled by 12/20. Please choose priority mail in order to have the items on time. Orders will continue to be filled as fast as possible up to 12/23/15. Expediated shipping will be required!! Note-We are closed the week after Christmas.
Do you ship International orders?
Yes, we ship to most locations. Some may require Insurance. We ship USPS First class. Your location and shipping fees will show at check out. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive in most Countries.
Do you take Custom orders?
YES! We love to customize items to fit your exact needs. We also create Cosplay costumes. Whether you need a special hat, goggles, gloves or gifts for your Bridal Party, we are here to help. We have 100’s of fabrics not shown as well as jewelry findings, laces, ribbons and more to create something perfect for your Event. Custom orders are not refundable.

Do you do Wholesale orders?
Yes! We do Bespoke orders via The Residency at www.whoyouare.com and other Wholesale inquiries here on our own site. Our Luxury and Madonna lace gloves can be viewed at The Residency by appointment only. Please email [email protected] for more information.We have Lookbooks available to view.
How do I get Free Shipping?
All orders for the USA and Canada will have free shipping with $40 in product.
Do you give Bridal Party Discounts?
Yes, we do give Bridal Party orders of 3 pairs of gloves or more a 15% off discount. We would love to work with you to find a perfect lace or color for your Wedding. In order to get the discounted price, please contact us to set up a Custom listing for you.
Do you take Credit and Debit Card payments?
Yes, we have a secure payment service on site accepting Paypal payments. We are also on Amazon Pay!
Do you take returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, However we will exchange products for a different style/size as long at the buyer pays the additional shipping to return the item. Returns will be given a shop credit in the form of a coupon code for the amount of the transaction. No restocking fee is charged for these exchanges. Some custom made items may not be returnable if we have created them for your specific measurements or color.
Where do you get your fabrics and other materials?
We purchase around the World to find our customers the best quality lace and unusual fun print fabrics, charms and trims. If a fabric is a Fan Art Parody design, the Artist who owns the copyright on the design is credited in the listing by Studio name. If you have any questions about the IP of any of our products, please contact [email protected] Steampunk Wolf does not own the rights to use these designs, just the right to use them for our products from each Artist as credited.
Do you have Sales and Specials?
Yes, we are currently running a FREE shipping in the USA and Canada promotion. Sales run throughout the year for major holidays and Black Friday.
Do you loan out products to stylists, photographers and bloggers?
Yes, we are represented by The Residency. Please contact us or The Residency for more information. We will ask you to pay postage and sign a legal agreement for the loan period.
Do you ever close your shop?
The website will process orders 24/7, however we are closed on weekends and during our scheduled Conventions as well as the week after Christmas. Watch our monthly blog posts for Con Updates or our Facebook page.
