Welcome to Steampunk Wolf! We make fingerless gloves, arm warmers, costumes, steampunk jewelry, Fandom gifts, Wedding gloves, gauntlets and many other Geek items for your Comic Con events.

Please read through the policies and feel free to ask any questions. Most items are custom made for you after you have ordered. Please allow 10-21 business days although it is usually faster!* note our Holiday Closure the week after Christmas and before Easter each year. We are also closed on weekends to spend time with our family!

Steampunk Wolf has a large variety of fabrics, laces and trims not shown in the shop for Custom Orders. Custom requests are always welcome. So if you have an idea that you would love to see created, just send us a message and let’s talk!


We accept credit cards via Amazon Pay and Paypal  as well as business (Company) checks. Orders paid by check will process AFTER the check has cleared.

Companies seeking Wholesale information, please contact us directly for further information. Minimum Wholesale order is $200.

All sales are final.

Discounts on Bridal Party orders of 4 items or more is 15%. Other discounts may apply to larger group orders such as Dance Studios and School Theatrical performances. Please ask first!



Free Shipping to USA on orders of $40 or more!

We ship with USPS First Class postage unless otherwise stated. Upgrades to Priority Mail are in the listing menu.

Requests for RUSH EXPRESS orders as well as Express and Priority mail are available on CUSTOM request and not at check out. Please contact us to make you a private listing. This means your order will take priority in being created before other orders for a fee . You can also upgrade to EXPRESS or Priority Mail only  but this will not put your order ahead of others in line.

Insurance claims will require the buyer to fill out a form for the USPS and send it in to us to file a claim. No claims will be filed without the full form. This must be done within 60 days from mailing. If you purchased insurance on your order, please contact us for assistance.

USA TRACKING: If you have been sent a shipping notice and do not see movement on your package after two business days, please contact us!! We will contact our local carrier to check on the scan from our local office.  We cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to my customers after that point. We wish We could beam things over! Please use your tracking number to contact your local USPS location for help.

If you have a Priority Mail package and it is not delivered in 3 days, please contact with your tracking to ask what has happened to the delivery on your end. We know it is upsetting but the post office does make errors or have delays. We will also file a trace on our end if needed.

USPS does not offer tracking to most Flat Rate or First Class Shipping for International Locations. We use USPS first class mail as it is more economical for the buyer but if you want tracking for the entire journey, choose Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for a package once it is shipped. If you want insurance, please choose it at check out or inquire for the rate. We wish this was different but We cannot change it. Until a transporter is available, packages must be mailed via snail mail.


Shipping within the USA generally takes 3-7 days depending on the USPS speed of delivery. Please allow 2 weeks for all orders during Christmas/New Years and Halloween. Please ask if you need a faster shipping method and we will be happy to work with you.
Shipping outside the USA can take 2-8 weeks or possibly more depending on the location. On the rare occasion, it gets stuck in customs. Please believe me when We say that We am no happier than you are if this happens as it can add a few days to the delivery time. We have absolutely no control over International Customs or Homeland Security! (Really)


 We are CLOSED in between December 24 to January 3rd.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. We cannot refund purchases because a customer changed their mind, bought the wrong size, ordered too late or there are postal problems. You will need to complain to the USPS about delivery issues including slow delivery and misplaced packages.

If you have questions about sizing,etc…just ask us or see sizing charts!! Charts are available in the glove listings to help. We will do EXCHANGES on most items with UNUSED products.

If your lace rips due to sizing being too small, We will repair it for you but not exchange it for a new pair. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE ON ARRIVAL BEFORE WEARING IT. If there is a rip in your lace that is NOT on a seam, please send us a photo right away! This has never happened yet, but we want to know if there is an error in a fabric.

Many items are one of a kind and cannot be duplicated or returned. Some listings note the photos show examples but not the exact item. If you need something specific, arrange for me to send you a photo of the exact item FIRST. We am always happy to do this for you.

THAT BEING SAID: If you have a special issue such as with a gift, please contact us at [email protected] We will exchange the unused item for another in the correct size/color for you when possible if you contact the shop to arrange a solution quickly. You would get shop credit applied for the item you already purchased minus postage and fees. Please let us know within 1 day of delivery.

PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 1 DAY OF THE ITEM ARRIVING IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION FOR FULL SHOP CREDIT minus postage and fees. Please contact the shop with your tracking information when the item is sent out. TRACKING must be used for returns. LATE RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.



Returns for Exchange would need to be at the buyer’s expense and with permission. Please contact us the day your package arrives if you need to exchange a size/color to see if this is possible.  Postage costs and Paypal fees cannot be refunded or credited to the Exchange. We am unable to get these fees back either. Any additional postage costs or the cost of a more expensive exchange are the buyers responsibility. USA and International orders will need to pay the shipping fee to the shop for mailing the exchanged product.

No Cash refunds, SHOP CREDIT ONLY. No refunds on used merchandise or damaged by wearer items. We will try to repair an item for buyers up to one month after purchase but you will be responsible for paying shipping costs.


Returned items will be given a shop credit for the full value minus shipping.

Custom orders are welcome. All gloves and arm warmers are custom made as are some gauntlets and hats. Each listing has this information and shipping time frames. LARGE orders of 4 or more of the same item can get 15% off with a custom listing.

DONATIONS, BLOGGERS, AND NON-PROFITS: We give to Charity organizations monthly but have a set limit so please ask early. We will need a link to your event site, a written promise for ad space in your program for our donation linking the item to our shop for potential customers and your non-profit status proof. Your non-profit status for the Event must be clearly posted. If your even benefits a school, this is also awesome!

Legit Bloggers only, we will send single items to bloggers for review but the item must be returned or given away in a raffle or other donation on your blog with the winner clearly posted. Preferably a requirement to have your followers FOLLOW us on Instagram, Facebook or another social media as well as here. The winner will need to let us know the item was sent to them. We will set up a listing to mail the item out. We will provide an envelope and label with the item. RETURNS are expected within 10 days.

Models: We would need to see your portfolio and references as well as own the rights to any photographs wearing our product. The photographer would need to agree in writing and send us at least 2 shots plus tag our product with a link to our shop on all items. We will provide a return mailing envelope for the product to be returned to our shop. We do not donate items to be worn at Cons and other events, thus making them unfit for resell. If you have an Agent or Sylist, they can contact us for possible donated items with their business information. We are represented by The Residency in Los Angeles, CA.

Photographers: We are currently seeking photographers who do Infants and Children. We would donate lace gloves and hats in exchange for photos to use on our site with full credit to the photography studio. We also will donate to Steampunk Events under some circumstances or magazine/ad spreads with proper identification.

Stylists/Artists/Actors: We will send you a selection of items with proper identification of the stylist or celebrity. We can provide references for our work in the Industry. We would ask that we have the rights to use the photos in our listings and Social Media. We would ask that the person wearing our merchandise #hashtag us on their Social Media as the creators. We ask that unused products be returned to the shop or The Residency Showroom. The used products may be kept as a gift with permission. We are represented by The Residency in Los Angeles, CA.
